The Middleton Jaycees provide the opportunity for members to develop leadership skills by holding positions vital to the operation of the organization. Members are afforded the opportunity to improve their skills by volunteering 

to hold chair positions, run events, and run for board elections held every November. It is through these positions that members are able to improve their leadership skills while contributing to the community and the overall improvement of the Jaycees organization. 

The board positions include:

  • President
  • VP of Management
  • VP of Community
  • VP of Membership
  • VP of Individual Development
  • Treasurer
The chair positions include:
  • Art Show Coordinator
  • Good Neighbor Festival Trustee
  • Webmaster/Social Media

All members in good standing are eligible to volunteer to chair positions and run for the board in our annual October elections.
